1. Agreement

By using Answerable, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services

Answerable provides a "Retrieval-Augmented Generation" (AI Chat) platform. We host your content and provide an interface for querying it.

3. Acceptable Use (AI Specific)

You agree NOT to use Answerable to:

Generate or promote illegal acts, hate speech, or violence.
Mislead users by presenting AI-generated errors as absolute fact without verification.
Reverse engineer the proprietary prompt engineering or underlying code.

4. Responsibility for Content

Your Data: You retain ownership of all documents you upload. You warrant that you have the right to upload this content.
AI Output: You acknowledge that AI services can make mistakes. Answerable relies on Probabilistic Models. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should always verify citations.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answerable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service (e.g., a wrong answer leading to a bad policy decision). The software is provided "AS IS".

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
